Block Booking Information
Block booking rates are the same as Casual Rental Rates.
All block booking requests must be submitted on a Block Booking Request form. Please click here for the attached form.
Block booking requests for the 2012-2013 Indoor Season may be submitted any time after April 1, 2012 and must be received by September 30, 2012.
We anticipate starting block bookings the last week of October but cannot hand out block booking times until the league times are finalized.
Payment Policy
Payment can be made by the following methods:
· At East Centre by debit, VISA or Master Card, or team cheque.
· By VISA or Master Card by phone.
There is a $30.00 charge for NSF cheques.
Block bookings payments may be submitted in full prior to the 1st booking date on the contract or in 2 payments as follows:
Payment #1 due prior to 1st booking date and must include all booking times up to December 31, 2012.
Payment #2 due by December 15, 2012 and must include all booking times from January 1, 2013 to the end of the contract.
Failure to make payment by the due dates will nullify contract.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of casual practice bookings must be made in writing (e-mail or fax) a minimum of five (5) business days (Monday thru Friday, and excluding all statutory holidays) prior to practice time. Any team failing to cancel a minimum of five (5) business days prior to practice time will be charged in full. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
