Lounge – seating for 145 people and the occupancy for 198 people, meeting room set up max 105 people at tables.

East Soccer Centre

Meeting Room #3 - 50 people max with the use of tables, 70 people max with the use of chairs and no tables - for the 2023-2024 season, this space is not available for use.

Meeting Room #4- 30 people max with the use of tables, 40 people max with the use of chairs and no tables

Pro Shop - 30 people max with the use of tables, 40 people max with the use of chairs and no tables - for the 2023-2024 season, this space is not available for use.

Lounge - seating for 195 people and the occupancy for 304 people, meeting room set up max 90 people at tables.

South Soccer Centre

Pro Shop - 25 people max with the use of tables, 35 people max with the use of chairs and no tables.

South Expansion Meeting Room - 15 people max with the use of tables. Larger groups should book the Pro Shop or Lounge.

Lounge – seating for 151 people and the occupancy for 270 people, meeting room set up max 90 people at tables.

When renting the meeting rooms, we would also like to remind you to please indicate to our bookings person the specific style (chairs or tables) of how you would like to have the rooms set up. This information will help our staff to not only prepare for your meeting but to also plan for meetings that may follow, since this includes the moving of furniture from one area to another.

Lounge rentals are limited to times when the lounge is completely closed and requires management approval for the rental.

Meeting rooms are not rented as party rooms for birthdays or other functions at any time.

Sports Team Rental Rates:

3 hours or less - $70.00, GST included

3 hours or more - $140.00, GST included

(rentals limited to team meetings, training and/or info sessions)

General Public Rentals:

3 hours or less - $105.00, GST included

3 - 6 hours - $210.00, GST included

More than 6 hours (full day) - $420.00, GST included

(rentals for general public meetings, training sessions, courses, etc., for non sports-related renters)
