Casual Indoor Rental Rates 2012 Spring / Summer Season

Please note - The following rental rates apply to practice or training times only.  The rates for scheduled league, tournament or playoff games may be different than these rates and are not dependent on the time of day.

Daytime $72.00 (including GST)
(prior to 3:00 PM Weekdays excluding holidays)

Evening $82.00 (including GST) for concrete and turf surfaces
(start time 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Weekdays, all day Saturdays and Sundays)

Casual Outdoor Turf Rental Rates 2012 Spring / Summer Season 

General Public Adults $130.00/hour GST included.

General Public Youth $65.00/hour GST included.

Casual Rental and Block Booking Rates Indoor (Turf) 2012/2013 Season

Prime Time -  TBA 

(start time 6:00 PM – 9:45 PM Weekdays, all day Saturdays and Sundays)

Non-Prime Time - TBA

(start time 3:00 PM – 5:45 PM, 10:00 PM and later on weekdays)

Daytime - TBA

(prior to 3:00 PM Weekdays excluding holidays)

All rental rates are for 55 minute time slots.

*Holidays include all statutory holidays as well as days that Edmonton and area children are not in school.

Meeting Rooms Rentals

Edmonton Soccer Centre West
Meeting Room #1 - approx. holds 30 people

Edmonton Soccer Centre East
Meeting Room #3 - approx. holds 50 people
Meeting Room #4 - approx. holds 25 people

Pro Shop Spaces
Pro shop spaces are available for rent in each of the facilities; please contact Bookings for more information.

Rates:
$40.00 (GST Included) (up to 3 hours)
$80.00 (GST Included) (full day)

Payment Policy

All casual bookings must be paid for up front at the time of booking. Options for payment are as follows:

          Pay over the phone using VISA or Mastercard.

          Pay at East Centre only during business hours using debit, VISA, Mastercard

          or team cheque.

Personal cheques will not be accepted.

There is a $30.00 service charge for NSF cheques.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of casual practice bookings must be made in writing (e-mail or fax) a minimum of five (5) business days (Monday thru Friday, and excluding all statutory holidays) prior to practice time. Any team failing to cancel a minimum of five (5) business days prior to practice time will be charged in full. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
