If you wish to add your name to our Email contact list, please fill out the email information form at the bottom of this page. You will then be notified via email when we open up further dates for casual bookings.

All users are required to fill out a waiver form.

If you participate in a league that plays out of our facilities (EDSA, EMSA, BHE etc.), this waiver may have been completed as part of your league registration package.

If you are part of a corporate group, casual booking group or birthday party, please follow the links to fill out and submit the required waivers.

Printable versions are available if you have difficulty submitting these online, and can be handed in at the control desk upon arrival to the facility.  Waivers must be signed and submitted prior to play.
